Ah, Monday morning here you are again. What have you brought for me this morning? Sun, heat and humidity, including an excessive heat warning through tomorrow. No mid- day dog walk today.

I haven’t left my home since early March, except for a few times to walk my dog around the block.

I got up this morning, made coffee, and left a cup next to the bed for my husband.

When he awoke I wished him a happy “Marathon Monday”, and he wished me a happy “Four Twenty”.

I manage health insurance for both myself (retired), my partner (retired) and my mom (for whom I have POA). Health Insurance is nuts! I vote for SINGLE PAYER. It cannot be any worse than what we have now!

I cannot get enough of the song Output 1-2 by Joker.

At the suggestion of a friend, I started watching “The Kominski Method” on Netflix last night. Created by Chuck Lorre, the series stars Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin. I found the show to be funny and touching, and I will continue to watcch.

I’m 63 yo and retired. So much free time. So many possibilities.

I’ve spent the last few months learning about electronic music: it’s history, how it’s made, and enjoying Play with EM software on my iPad.

Loving me this new video, Terminal Slam, with music by Tom “Squarepusher” Jenkinson. Combines great electronic music, video art, and a view of our cyberpunk near-future.
