On my Mac, in the Shortcuts app, I cannot drag a shortcut from one folder to another.
Drag and drop works everywhere else on the Mac. This was true in MacOS Ventura and is still true on MacOS Sonoma.
I have two Macs, and the problem is the same on both of them.
Perhaps it is a squirrelly setting I flipped sometime in the past?
Frustrating.
